Her hard kick is Chun li's hard kick, her anti air is Andy's anti air (the older version), her ex air darts move is Ibuki's super (including the angles), her ex anti air is Ken's Shoryureppa, her sweep is Karin's sweep (the sfa3 version is more similar). I cant see the possible reference to the dart super right now, but i feel its from something else. There must be other references too.

Its funny that whenever she does the "upside down lariat" i remember of a very similar special move of Drunken Master Jackie, from the Jackie Chan fg lol. Its the only comparable move i know. And its just like people say, i cant unsee it... since the moment i noticed the similarity.

This is the first fg ive ever seen (and ive seen many since the early 90s) executing "ex moves" this way: creating a kind of shadow clone that does the actual move. Like it was SF Alpha 3's custom combo shadows, but pre-set to a certain action and not following your inputs like the true custom combo. Is there another fg that does the same?
