MK1 is total garbage. The story mode is some uninspired MCU multiverse BS, the new "Kameo" combat system completely ruins the flow of the matches, loaded with micro transactions, favorite characters are reduced as "Kameo" fighters, which you can't play directly, they gender/ race-swapped legacy characters like Cyrax & Sektor, the final bosses in the Arcade ladder & story mode are Shang Tsung & Quan Chi, who are total jobbers and of course all female characters have been uglified. ( except of Sindel & Kitana)
