You can use teleport, and go anywhere for 1 action. To play a turn, spend actions: * Check reverse of the card for default things you can do * Check systems to see extra capabilities, like teleporting anywhere * Check upgrades. Some systems are local, others can be used anywhere (wifi icon) * Check restrictions like comms damaged which prevents to exchange cards in different locations * Check anomalies that block you. * Once you checked everything, pick an option and do things and pay actions and/or cards * Run or override current alert, add alien ship damage

Binding of isaac 4 souls, or the Jaws board game. Either one seems like something all LRR might enjoy, seeing as 4 souls does have some magic mechanics (tapping is a major part of 4 souls, and there is a card that is just the chaos card from magic in terms of artwork and mechanics)
