Always enjoy bantering with you just for fun. Most of my friends near me have died now, they were older then me, and because I'm a care taker I just don't get out often enough. I am getting an electric bike Monday. I'm not quite as athletic as you. 😄👍💕

As usual I see so many things I like. I absolutely love the tabletop table, gorgeous! And the apothecary cabinet, stunning! I had purple tulips in my garden, my favourite colour! Liked the red flowered cushions with the gold tassels, would go good with my sofas! Forty dollars is cheap for a wing back chair. Both my gran and my mom had fancy glass flower pattern bowls they would use for special occasions ( bridal and baby showers and holidays). Good old cap guns, brings back memories! Definitely was a stroll down memory lane with Seventeen magazine. I remember all those things, my boyfriend had a poster of Farah Fawcett, used Brecks shampoo and conditioner, and Shear panty hose or Leggs, which came in an egg shaped container. We used iodine, or bactine on our boo boos ( that’s what our mom called sores!)

Kelly gal! I love, love, love that antique table top bookshelf and the Apothecary wardrobe!😍 Both so awesome and unique! That marble base lamp with the green glass was gorgeous! I even liked that Paula Deen sofa...I didn't know she had a furniture line. All the faux flowers were so pretty with great prices. There was really great furniture highlighted today. I was so excited to see your beautiful mother at the end of the video! She just makes my heart happy!😁🩷 I could just sit and listen to her talk about anything! I know exactly what she was referring to, merthiolate or mercurochrome on a skinned knee...burned like hell fire!!! I dreaded seeing my mother get that stuff out. But she would apply it to whatever wound I had, and then both of us would immediately start blowing on it to help ease the burning/stinging. Hello Kelly and Mom! 😃😃 Such a beautiful day for your picnic and visit to the cemetary. I remember when I was little my grandparents planted a large garden and they called it a truckpatch. There were rows and rows of sweet corn, green beans, tomatoes, melons and Kentucky wonders. I remember helping to weed, pick, shuck or shell for freezing or canning. It was so good to eat that fall and winter. Lots of good memories. The restore was so beautiful! Thank you for sharing and especially mom's sweet memories.😃😃😃😃😃😃

The orange stuff was mercurachrome. But I've known anyone who knew what black salve was before! That stuff was the absolute best to get splinters out overnight! Momma is a doll! Blessings!

I loved "Gee your hair smells terrific" it smelled so good. And, I haven't thought about Loves Baby Soft in about 40 years. Your mom is so funny. I never heard it called Monkey Blood, but I remember the orange stains. Keep looking up, the trumpet is about to sound.

Love the faux flowers and prices are amazing! I really liked a lot of the furniture today too. Young people just starting out could furnish their whole first apartment for Pennie’s on the dollar. You know why fitness equipment is always at resale stores, thrift shops and yard sales 😂? Everyone has great New Years intentions and by spring they can’t give it away 😂. Seventeen magazines! I think I had everyone of those teen magazines😂

I have that exact table as my craft table,lol. I got it at a yard sale for $23.50 thirty years ago. The florals were so reasonable. They’re very pricey at craft stores and those were quality silk florals. Milk glass lamp was so pretty. Say hi to mamma ❤. Those mirrors would be so pretty in a bathroom.

We called it Mecurochrome. We never had it in my house. My mother scrubbed my boo-boos with soap and water, and then put on bacitracin. 😭 I got beach sand in one of my cuts on a knee, and we had to go to the hospital to get it cleaned out. Still have the scar!! Your mom looks like she just had her hair done. She looks lovely. I only bought that beautiful jute rug!! 🎉🎉🎉

OUCH, I remember that mercurochrome/mathyalaid too. Don't know if it's spelled right but that stuff stung. @@comegowithmetoday it made your hair stiff as a board 😂 😂 lol my mom who passed away at the age of 53 of cancer use to put that in my hair also she used to wash my hair in eggs to make it shiny ✨ I had golden blonde hair 👱‍♀️ as a child and teenager my hair started getting light brown after having children 👧 but I always when Ithink of my mom I think how hair was important to her ours as children and her as a adult she always went to beauty shop to get her hair and nails done 💅 regularly appearance was always so important to her I think that I get such a kick out of you and your mom together having fun shopping because those memories and time you spend together is priceless looking 👀 forward to your next video god bless you and have a wonderful weekend
