Usually bank asked to borrower to infuse the capital at the time of Enhancement if existing capital is not sufficient to maintain the ratio but my question is when the borrower approach the bank for Enhancement how he arranged the additional fund to maintain the capital

His personal savings.. usually withdrawals from firms in past in form of salary, interest, rent or normal withdrawals are saved... Money could be there with him from sales proceeds of personal assets or he could be having another business whose funds he can use to infuse

With advance tax, we can do reverse calculation and assess how much profit will the borrower show in his books tentatively. That's the only purpose
