Sir recently I came across the same incident where party registered higher turnover on the paper as he was filling gst return on regular basis where he was showing significant sales.Upon review of statement of account it observed that majority of transactions are routed among with family own fund.But my question is if someone report the sale in its gst returns by generating the invoice how can we say that are the fake sales and most importantly how we proof it if someone paying the tax on sales.

We can check the round tripping nature in bank statement and also check sample bills and transporter receipt where we have doubt

Which loans are suitable for real estate firms that have completed their projects up to 90% and for those that want to start a new project? why unsecured business loans are not provided to real estate firms?

For real estate projects, the term loan funding for construction of buildings are given with proper end use tracking and higher tenor with moratorium.. unsecured BL does not have the above features
