You only see a fraction of the treatment, without seeing if she goes back later, or uses her suction machine to get the rest (like Huong DaNang does with her bamboo tubes). You also can’t see the patient’s expression, whether they’re in pain or not - another good reason to give the skin a rest. One last thing: it’s not always necessary, and sometimes, not even desirable, to completely empty the pore. If it isn’t cystic, it’s actually better to leave a little sebum in - after all, that’s one of the purposes of a pore, to transport sebum from the sebaceous glands to the surface to lubricate the skin. Another reason not to is if the condition is severe (ie, a lot of acne), it’s best not to try to get it all at once - too hard on the skin, too hard on the patient. Better to get the biggest, nastiest stuff out, allow the skin to rest, heal and adjust, then go again. It’s usually a lot easier the second session, once the big stuff and inflammation is gone. Less painful, less permanent damage.
