Every country is the same the TECHS in these spas can't cut open these cysts, they can not take out the sacs that form. They are NOT medically licensed to do so. In any country in the world the TECHS in these spas have to be medically licensed to remove a sac or cut open a cyst. They are simply a TECH not a DERMATOLOGIST OR DOCTOR.

I feel deeply sympathetic for this poor client. I had severe acne in my preteen and teen years, and it was very painful. I am extremely blessed to have never developed steatocystomas. You can hear every sharp intake of breath and every outcry of pain. 😐☹️😞

Poor girl, it hurt to hear her crying out! Underarms are quite sensitive, as anyone who's ever cut themselves shaving that area can testify. Loann was as gentle as she could be, but steatocystomas don't come out with just squeezing. Great video, thank you! Hope there's more. 👍😊

Sometimes you can see their fingers going over a big bump but have not seen anyone at all go in a second time to get that content out. At times more is below the first amt. I would think that would increase the time between treatments. Very impressed with this video. She is gentle, always good

0:56 Holy shit! It's 6 am and I'm still half asleep so it didn't really register that my volume was turned up as high as it'll go until she made that noise and startled the shit outta me. Like seriously, I almost peed myself and jumped out of my skin simultaneously. Thank God I wasn't in the bedroom when it happened cuz my baby is asleep in there and I reflexively hollered "AHHH!!!". 😂 But on the plus side, I went from half asleep to wide awake and alert in about 2.5 seconds.

Steatocystomas have a thin sac, that needs to be pulled after you empty them. If you don't take the sac out, they will usually come back. Numbing is also needed. This looks like a waste of time, just emptying them. Just saying!........

You're right. The needle was too fine and should have been kept in the hole until the contents came out. Otherwise it has to be dug about and squeezed which is far more painful. My husband used to get these in his armpits, so I know what i'm talking about.

Generally see one stick and that is it. I notice more are going in after so much stuff that is still in there. Lots of times more then the initial pop. They are right there and the hole is made so what better time to get as much as possible. Good work. That is sensitive area. She is trying hard to be gentle. Sometimes just making noise help the client. When I get lidocaine I start saying ouch ouch before the stick is made, brave soul that I am . Anyway, impressive job done. Of course half a point off for smearing that stuff all over her gloves.

You would know if you had one as they feel like little/big balls under the skin. They move a little when you grip one so you have to push underneath to get it as close to the surface as you can before lancing it. Because it moves around, the needle/lancet needs to stay in until it all comes out otherwise the hole moves away from the hole in the skin and squeezes out beneath the skin. I've done a lot of these on my husband and when done properly his have not returned. He also had them behind his knees which were excellent to pop.
Always makes me think of that butter they put on your popcorn at the movie theaters.
