7:46 The railway lines from Kunming to Lao border as well as the portion within Laos were completed and in use since 2021 but there was no cross border train service due to China’s strict pandemic control measures. Since April 2023, the cross border trains from Vientiane to Kunming and vis-à-vis are available to all the travelers.

LCR is fully electrified while kenya SGR is diesel powered locomotive. It is also the first railway that use the same system as Chinese. As far as I know, india eagerly wanna connect Asean. However stuck with Myanmar civil war and working on the imphal sector. While China connect almost with the doorstep of Thailand via Lao

this world, some country doesnot have industry and high technology, so they always stay at that level. do you know how much you have to get from citizen to get loan from IMF?

I understand, the country has to follow the economic measures set by IMF to get the loan and it can cause inflation for a period of time. Also taking Loan from China can keep the country in debt for very long time.
