You can tell these guys are really influenced by Sunbather. Both from the beginning of this song and from the "What would you do of you weren't afraid?" conversation in Two Way Mirror. I have a pretty good feeling that this song is a metaphor for anxiety. The title says it itself, however I love that it takes us through some of the stages. For instance, the beginning of the song it’s the heaviest part of the whole song, and even the whole album. Then, the near the end of the middle part, it is not as fast paced and heavy as the beginning or the beginning of the middle part, and it even feels like it takes a while to finish, symbolizing how anxiety tend to cool down and settle. The settling part is heavily concentrated within the end, where its peaceful and calming, just like how people, like me, who have anxiety feel like when it’s gone. It shows that in the end, everything will be okay. This song is perfect
