Lobia Masala Curry:
Black Eyed Beans / Lobia 250 gm Soak In Water For 4 to 6 Hours
Water 1 Liter
Add Black Eyed Beans / Lobia In To Hot Water
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tsp
Remove Foam From Water
Cover The Lid Cook On Low Flame For 30 Minutes or Until Soft
When Done Keep Aside
Oil 200 ml or 1 Cup
Bey Leaf / Taaz Paat 1
Cinnamon Stick / Dar Cheeni 2 Inches Stick
Cumin Seed / Zeera 1 tsp
Onion / Pyaaz ( Chopped ) 2 Medium
Fry Until Golden
Ginger Garlic / Adrak Lehsan Paste 2 tbsp
Saute With Some Water
Kashmiri Whole Red Chilli 2 to 3
Turmeric / Haldi Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli / Lal Mirch Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander / Dahnya Powder 1 tbsp
Tomato ( Make A Paste ) 2 Medium
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tsp
Saute For 2 to 3 Minutes or Until Oil Separate
Add Boiled Black Eyed Beans / Lobia
Cover The Lid Cook On Low Flame For 10 Minutes
Hot Spices / Garam Masala 1 tsp
Fresh Green Coriander / Hara Dhanya ( Chopped ) 2 tbsp
Green Chilli / Hari Mirch ( Thin Cut ) 2 to 3
Bhagar:
Desi Ghee 1 tbsp
Cumin Seed / Zeera 1/2 tsp
Garlic / Lehsan ( Chopped ) 1 Clove
Onion / Pyaaz 1 tbsp
Curry Leaf / Kari Patta 5 to 6
Fresh Green Coriander / Hara Dhanya ( Chopped ) 1 tbsp
Add Bhagar Into Serving Dish And Mix Well
