Hi Lo, I have been watching your vids since Laguna beach and the hills! In your recent video, you mention you suffered from depression and anxiety as a result of severe vitamin deficiencies. Can you please talk more about that as I am also deficient in certain vitamins which has caused memory and energy problems and sometimes irritability for me.
