How to easily beat the shit out of WN using panic murder heretic method and got Paradise Lost EGO. Pretty nice trick eh, thx for my friends for teaching me abt it :D
I already got the EGO so there's no need for me to memory repo.

Incredibly late to the party, but incase there are still people out there playing LC and trying to do this, and this cheese isn’t working for you, here are some reasons why!: - You didn’t kill all of the agents except the one with gold rush, so it’s not guaranteed the employee with gold rush becomes the heretic - You didn’t kill all of the clerks in the department with WN, when the heretic is panic and attacking WN, make sure the department’s healing system is off, and to turn it off all clerks must die. You can use the execution bullet to kill the clerks! - You used the memory repository for “ all agents are dead “. You have to use the one at the menu with retry, options, etc. Just to be extra safe, do it when WN and the apostles are dead. - The agent you used didn’t go on red panic, that’s because you probably didn’t have fortitude as their highest stat, to make sure it’s always red panic despite the stats you can use heart of aspiration. - The agent is the original heretic, for some reason when it’s the og heretic it doesn’t work, so that’s why you have to make sure there’s only one employee in WN’s department alive. For some reason it’s not letting me edit, in the clerk part you actually have to kill the ones in safety team because they’re the ones who handle department healing functions, you can kill the clerks there with rabbit team or execution bullets.

@@drakonlegend4452 Basically your 12th apostle, if the 12th apostle isn’t there during the day or same goes for any other apostle, Whitenight will just transform some random nugget into one. So yeah you gotta make sure it’s a random one (aka the nugget who will solo WN)

I'm a bit late to the party but if you have Heart of Aspiration you can use that as well, since the Heart only causes Murder Panic regardless of the employee's stats

Tried doing this but my heretic would go back to normal whenever wn breached. He was definitely in a murder panic and was the only agent in the department, and im pretty sure he killed all the clerks there too. Not sure what i did wrong or if this method doesnt work anymore :(

As with that one other commenter, I didn't seem to get the weapon after waiting an hour and a half for the Heretic to kill WhiteNight with an inferior weapon (because the stats required for Gold Rush caused them to only ever go into "wander" panic). ...I don't know what I did wrong.

Did you make sure the agents have highest fortitude in their stats? Maybe they have gifts that may make their highest stat on something else? You can use other weapon as long it's not white damage one, tho took too much time compared to gold rush

@@NevaloneArt ...You seem to have misunderstood. I *already* killed WhiteNight with this method. The problem is that the weapon, Paradise Lost, didn't show up after the Memory Repo.

@@heckermcheck8109 I guess you can try restart to day one or try with different agents, this hack only work with some people for some reason. I wish you'll get it tho, otherwise you can try defeat him using green midnight and see if it pops out the ego. Another method is make sure one agent alive. Keep up energy boxes to almost full, use shelter to protect the last agent while other agent beat WN. After WN died use that agent to work on abno that can be worked. Finish the day like usual. @@LadyOpaline Been a while since I did it, but from what I recall, it just ended up working on the second try. I THINK I had someone in the bunker while my main nugget was roaming around with the gold fist, and then I rewinded the memory repository when WN died. Details are a bit foggy though

@@LadyOpaline Probably too late already, but to save the weapon you have to go to the pause menu and press back to memory repository there, as the one that appears when your agents are all dead is actually just a day reset, contrary to what the button says.

Theres a better way to do this, just send the 12th apostle on we can change everything right when whitenight is about to leave and just use Little Red and Der Freitchuz, you will have infintie energy.

You can, however, use the portrait trick to generate infinite energy to essentially achieve the same thing. By putting the portrait mark into the shelter, you can have an invincible employee.

You can but it's reccomend to use gold rush. It's fastest and deal red damage (which WN weak the most)

White Night only breach when the clock reach 12 not counter hit 0 but when counter hit 0 it will make the clock tick by 1 This mean that u need atleast 12 employee to breach white night in one day

I found my issue at least. a black damage abnormality was managing to heal their sanity, specifically Queen Of Hatred. Removing her fixed my issue.

@@maiknocon773 if you left only one guy standing he will be automatically selected as the heretic. WN will spawn his apostles even if you don't have enough employee for the transformation (tho for this trick you don't have to worry about that)

@nozomi waifu insane agent only attack the department they're in. Hmmm maybe see if the agent have same name as heretic? (Changing name won't have same effect so if your heretic have generated name you can just re select until you got the name) if it not working you can either redo WN transformation (edit WN file) or retry again with different agent

does not work anymore, I think it's because you used censored that it worked. (haven't tested) Every time I try this the 12th apostle or whatever goes from panic to non panic, even though his sanity remains 0. I've been using snow queen/butterfly funeral to make the 12th insane and yes, it is murder panic, his best stat is fortitude and he kills people. I've tried timing it at the same time, I've tried doing it before WN breach, with employees in the same department and without and without employees getting selected as apostles (killing them with execution bullets so clerks become apostles except for the 12th) the results are always the same. I'm not sure if they patched it but it's quite a bummer though I thought this still worked. As you can see I've tried everything but any help would be greatly appriciated!

UPDATE: I finished the game already a week ago. I'll let you guys know how I did it. I did it the old fashioned way of sending 1 person that didnt turn to an apostle with whitenight's E.G.O suit and Mimicry weapon. 20 minutes of kiting the 2 apostles that roam near whitenight. It wasn't that hard cosidering it takes 2-3 shots for that person to die so there is room for mistakes. Just take it slow and you will be fine.

@@sanicmclain I knew of this method really early on, even before I got white night. It's too specific and requires you to get to midnight only for a small chance for whitenight to be on those departments. I didn't want to depend on RNG seeing that it could potentially waste me more time then doing it legit.

@@BlueMagician01 ah yes i actually managed to make it work. it was just a bit hard to make the guy run all the way back to his control room without wasting time killing all the clerks. first thing the employee need to lose his sanity (used the carillon for that), then go back to his control room and wait for white night to spawn. if white night spawn before he get back to his control room then the employee will start targeting one of the apostles.

It worked but for some reason my heretic was constantly getting distracted by the Apostles, which led to this lasting roughly 4 times the time yours did I don't know if I did it wrong or if the game has changed, but anyway Paradise Lost kinda fire

So many people cheat in this game, and sequel that the Steam achievements are backwards (more people have achievements for beating the end game bosses, verses the achievements required to get before getting to the end game bosses); which is proof people used cheats to get to the ending before turning off cheats to beat the end game. . What pisses me off more than the backwards achievements? People who brag about beating the game without cheating, or claim it is super easy (when it was obvious they were cheating).
