Loving the Cook&Review series Ken - please don't ever stop doing them and keep us watching by making more delicious meals!! I'd like to see a video where Steve shows us how to make his homemade sauces he makes. I'm assuming he makes them in the restaurant? It would be awesome if you could show us the process of making a few different types. I'm 22 and I have a terminal illness however the two things that bring me happiness and keep me smiling our travel and food so your channel is perfect. On my channel there is a few videos that I made about how I live with my illness. I'd love if you can watch them and tell people about them. I wasn't to make people aware of the awful condition that is Epidermolysis Bullosa. I'd really appreciate it Ken. Thanks again for continuing to make amazing content :-)

Bowman299 He has Epidermolysis Bullosa, which is a condition where your skin gets blisters by basically touching anything. To keep this to a minimum, people with this condition commonly wrap their bodies in light clothing (specially designed) and stay in wheelchairs, because the friction caused by simple actions, such a walking, causing painful blistering.

tricks for people that are learning u can spray the pot with pam cooking spray and your noodles wont stick or vegetable oil and if you use vegetable oil it'll keep the water from boiling over or lay a wooden spoon across the top of the pot and it wont boil ovr thought id share those...great video like always

Also he yells at Paul to pass the ranch which I get he's in pain. But Mark An'Dre asked before him, didn't get a response and waited and then asked his Dad (Paul) if he could pass the ranch whereas Ken yelled at Paul stating Dudue Cmon to get the ranch passed. Very disrespectful in someone else's home.

1/2 gallon bags of milk ARE available in USA. I was first introduced to bag milk with my local gas station which supplies there own milk -- Kwik Trip, Inc. based out of Wisconsin. Milk distributors however use plastic gallon jugs more frequently.

next time you use shrimp and you take off the shell, if you cook the shells with the shrimp juice, grind them up. It will become something like shrimp seasoning. Fold this into butter or cream, it adds a very strong shrimp flavor. This applies to crab, lobster and most seafood that have shell.

I really enjoyed this video ..thanks guys..I do a thing for parties that I call hot wing surprise..I take a 10 LB bag of frozen wings from the grocer and large zip lock bags..I separate the wings into separate bags and use different hot sauces that seem to accumulate in my fridge..use a different sauce per bag and let them thaw/marinate in the fridge over night then I grill them over mesquite chunk coals ..throw them all onto a platter and serve at a party..people walk up and serve themselves nobody knows which they are getting..I always have a few crazy hot ones and its fun to watch and see who gets what..most are in on the game..but not everyone.:) cheers

here in Newfoundland we stopped using the bag milk. Now we only use carton milk. Its also twice as expensive. Milk here almost costs 5 dollars for a 2L carton. For the Mac and Cheese I'd probably use chicken instead of seafood since I'm not really a big fan of seafood. Maybe add a bit of buffalo sauce to it as well for a kick.

Hey guys, I especially love your Cook & Review's because it shows us how to make great tasting food that is not overly complicated. I have a menu suggestion for an upcoming "episode" I'd love to see you guys do a Spicy Singapore Noodle with pork, chicken, and shrimp, Egg Rolls with meat mixture in the middle seasoned with curry, and maybe some other Chinese dishes that are your favorites. Blue cheese dressing is made with mayonnaise and buttermilk, not sour cream. Which is why it has a vinegar tang.
