A cardiologist (oncocardiogist) should be represented on the panel to speak about short and long-term possible cardiac issues! Myself, as a long-term survivor, (30+ years) of metastatic breast cancer are really up against heart issues!!!! From my experience, many MD's don't know what to look for, how to look for heart issues and how to counsel and help prevent these larger issues. This advice and education should not be ignored and should be upfront and center so we, as patients in the short run, as patients over the long haul, cancer survivors and community members, can GET SOME RESPECT regarding our symptoms and issues and get some reasonable guidance.
