I’d looked at a few loc knot videos but they were much more complicated then this one! I looked at this video and literally 10 minutes later I started doing my hair right in bed and 2 hours later I was done!! I was getting mad at my locs because they were frizzy because I sweat a lot and I don’t like doing my hair and my locs are heavy and hot! But now I have a quick easy style and when I take them down my hair will be curly! So excited! Thanks so much! 🤗😘

Adding water to your hair adds moisture. Twisting dry however, will most certainly damage your hair. I went to cosmetology school and I too have locs. With our hair being locs it’s good to use products but to an extent, I’ve been thinking hard about the ACV detox. I personally like to use a superhold edge control for my edges to keep them sleek. I never ever use pro style gel (definite build up).

You can always cut it in layers... I have had my locs for 6 years and they were down my back... I cut about 2-4 inches all the way around...Love this video. Can't wait to try this style.

When hair is wet it has more stretch so is less likely to break.

Twisting ur hair dry will damage ur hair and cause breakage. U r never ever suppose to twist ur locs dry. Who ever told u twisting ur hair wet is damaging is wrong as hell.

Right, you should not RE-twist totally dry hair. It’s got to at least be damp. I don’t like my hair too wet or too dry when I do maintenance....
