Hey Amber - I just got locs in Oct. I’m thinking about color but have heard horror stories. I use water/ Loc Spray an oil and mist day and night . Yessss the detangling alone still gives me nightmares. Also I love the diy dresser it’s still looking nice .

I think a major factor goes into how you bleach your locs. I would definitely go the professional route if you choose to. A loctician if possible. And yes OH MY Goodness detangling took hours! And thanks☺️☺️
