Ms Ginaaaaa!! These here products for my locs!!!!! Let me tell you - THEY ARE AWESOME! I am 6 yrs loc'd, a former cosmetologist and maintain my own loc via interlocking. I was recently searching for shampoo (and maybe conditioner?) to soften up the locs in the back of my head. All summer of 2023, I slept w/o anything on them & by winter they felt like tree bark, LOL. However, I just got my Loc'd Care Kit Friday & could hardly wait to try them Saturday. I pre-pooed & shampooed and I tell you the truth, after gently squeezing the excess water, I did not even have to use a towel!! My hair felt SUPER DUPER MOISTURIZED! I used the conditioner as a leave-in, the grooming oil & then the pomade. The whole experience was HEAVENLY!!!!! Hardly no frizz and smells DIVINE. THANK-YOU for sharing your knowledge! And shout out to my SPELMAN sis..I finished in 1989.

Does this pomade work on looser textures like 3b 3c hair to help loc it?

Yes absolutely! During my 30 year career as a licensed cosmetologist,I’ve used this pomade on all of my clients ranging from straight Caucasian hair to 4c!
