I’m sorry for your loss ma’am I understand how you feel I just lost my baby brother last year to a neglectful caregiver who left him alone for a week he was found 24 hours after he passed due to epileptic seizure disorder. Nobody was there and none of us were aware that he was left alone until after the sad news of his passing.

Why didn't he call the police if the dog was being abused? Trying to take away another man's dog is never a good idea in the first place, but my heart goes out to his family.
