Šparoge foraging is one of my favourite outdoor activities to do here. Each season we pick enough for about 25 meals. So gratifying!

@Dusan.Grujic Neighbours here are super kind and hospitable. I recall you saying the same about your village. Did you get much-needed rain several days ago? Our area is pretty desperate. No figs and olives are shriveling up and temperatures continue to soar.

Super cool! Does it taste any different? Here in Missouri if you poke around in the bush like that you may get bit by a snake. Does Croatia have poisonous snakes?

Yes Coratia has Bad Snakes and there are still Areals with Land-mines !

Yeah it tastes alot stronger than the shop bought stuff, Croatia does have one poisonous snake, the viper.

meh... Should have gone a bit outside of Split where the real stuff grows :D Best prepared boiled and served with a hard boiled eggs and some seal salt and olive oil, the local way.
