Anyone ever go to the Bright Spot in New Brighton during the 90s?.... paradise. "What games did they have" "What games DIDN'T they have, son! I tell thee" I sometimes dream I'm back there during it's heyday, then I wake up and I'm in 2020s lockdown world :(

Great video! Reminds me of better times. Do you happen to know what make that crane/claw machine is at 8:58 - 9:12 please? Those sounds bring back so much nostalgia for me and I can’t find any of those machines still in operation anywhere.

i am sorry , i cannot help you with that info, i am sure someone else knows, maybe they will reply here, if not you could try asking ian eason @ instance automatics / maxxgrab cranes of lincolnshire i am sure he would know .. i do remember the cranes and there sounds too, which is why i mirrored the videos off another channel

The late 80s were brilliant, few games of OutRun on the Deluxe hydraulic cab then off to Tots nightclub haha....I bet it's all full of gambling/skill/fruiit machines and some giant iPad screen style rubbish millennial 'video games' now lol

to me they dont look boring, but i think main appeal was getting out and hanging with friends and other people in general
