I haven’t tried aged fish before… hard to find in Malaysia. But I guess if can age in good quality sake then should be awesome! Someday I need to go Japan to try sake aged shashimi fish! 🤤

Yes you are right. It normally asks for HKD80/90 for medium size, or HKD 100 plus for the bigger one, of course all swimming. 😊

Ive been to a couple of Japanese restaurants in Malaysia .. they totally ruin the food by adding mayonnaise . Why mayonnaise??😂😂😂

I think it’s very much a Malaysian thing… even big reputable Japanese chain restaurants use mayonnaise a lot… especially for their dragon rolls and hand rolls.

其实日本的鱼产不会有问题，因为排水也是根据国际IAEA 标准，比中国的核能排放好几十倍，日本的fish handling 和养殖业是全世界最好的，马来西亚应该好好跟日本学习，不要像中国这种double standard hypocrite 学习。 除了中国和香港Ban 日本鱼，其他国家都没有ban。
