I believe it is too late for that This guy shouldn’t be anywhere near a financial director office The money from his account - Which account- the company account he just opened- real estate How much of that money is any of his When council money was deposited into his account This guy should be sitting in jail somewhere It’s painful watching this This guy is an insult to the accountancy practice and the people of Gambia( Basse) It’s outrageous what these guys have been doing in Basse I believe this is just the beginning- once all the other councils are visited - worst will come out The incompetence in all the levels of government is mind boggling We can see why everything is F’d in the whole country and we all blame one person Almost all the levels are rotten to the core This guy deserves no mercy and I still believe that he is getting away with more - because most of those committee members are lacking in this financial accounting side I believe if for instance the former auditor general’s where sitting in front him - he will be shitting all over himself

The counsel addressing the witness seemly concluding that the accusations are true. I want to believe the witness should be given the benefits of the doubt and for the commissioners to conclude the matter. President Barrow already told us that an audit report is an opinion, simply meaning could be true or false. Let the witness present his case and the commissioners decide on his truthfulness 😮
