Hamilton Streetcar - I thought that LP was decent - even interesting but like you said the "Invisible People" 45 on LHI was their psych/garage masterpiece! ...Need to find that Chico LP! ...I remember Glencoe from the budget bins - I think I got it very cheap but cannot remember what it sounded like... I do have that Kingsmen 45 - love it! Also like "Death Of An Angel" & their version of "If I Need Someone", the George Harrison tune! I just purchased a large lot of LPs & 45s this past week - got an original copy of Endle St. Cloud, "Thank You All Very Much" on International artists (Minty!) and another long-time want, Goodthunder on Elektra (Mint WLP!) Also got some cool comps: Masters Apprentices, "Hands Of Time", The Basement Wall, "Incredible Sounds Of", The Downliners Sect, "The Birth Of Suave", Kenny & The Kasuals," Nothing Better To Do", and an original of The Windbreakers, "Monkey With A Typewriter". Love buying bulk lots!

"Wolf Of Manhattan" was written by Joey Levine and Artie Resnick - New York songwriters who were releasing records as the Third Rail at the time (see Nuggets) and would go on to be major players in the bubblegum craze over the next few years.

@@Wygruce Joey Levine is a legend…fave bubblegum album has gotta be Chewy Chewy by Ohio Express. It’s mad…barely any reissues, especially on cd, of all those bubblegum classics!

@@dominiclewington absolutely agree, Joey is my favourite songwriter. I've picked up some reissues of the Ohio Express albums on cd over the years but you're right - never given the treatment they deserve. "Chewy Chewy" is probably my favourite album - absolute blast!

@@Wygruce I’ve actually just purchased an album by The Queens Nectarine Machine, which is far more psych than it is bubblegum, but was bizarrely produced & largely written, by Kasanetz & Katz! Just thought I’d share that, since we were talking all things bubblegum!

I grabbed a copy of the Streetcar album years ago. It's on the patchy side for me, but not too expensive to find a copy. I find the singer has an over-dramatic style to him. The 45's are good though. Chico is nuts! Think of Arthur Brown's Kingdom Come, but more acid freak-out, and yer there.

Finally someone else that has Glencoe. I agree with you, definitely more of a prog feel that grew on me the more I listened to it. Didn’t break the bank, got mine for $7 at a shop in Michigan.
