When they first opened Splash Casino in Tunica, Ms. in the 90's. You had to wait 1 or 2 hours to even get into the casino. Splash Casino made back there money in the first six months. It sure has changed.

It’s not just “Arkansas”. Other states like the Midwest used to go to Tunica but instead, they now have gambling in their own states like Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana.

Competition in AR? There was only one place to gamble in AR when this was made, and that's Oaklawn, which is mediocre, at best. Own up to bad management and bad promotion.
