Amazing presentation! As a pvc ablation patient, I understood very little of all of the acronyms, but I come away from this with even more admiration and gratefulness for my extremely brilliant and personable EP. My VT ablation was 3 weeks ago. It was traumatic (being awake during this somewhat complicated procedure was sometimes painful and quite uncomfortable), but so-far the procedure appears to be 100% successful.

Fantastic information. Do you find that free-wall originated PVC's are more difficult to ablate? My purpose to asking is that I had a PVC ablation last year for multi-focal PVC's coming from the free wall. It was successful and I was followed up for screening of ARVD (and was negative). Thank you!

great video, it is just a nonsense that lead 1 picks posterior to anterior activation. It is a nice try to explain wht posterior RVOT PVCs are positive in lead1, but that cannot be the true reason, since lead 1 is a bipolar lead only sensing left to right...

@harshgohil43673 жыл бұрын
Sinus arrhythmia is an irregular heart beat that's either too fast or too slow. Like, bradycardia and tachycardia. While the pvcs are called premature ventricular beats comes from different directions that hurts sinus rhythm. It's like a skipped beat or miss beat. Thuds and fluttering on your chest, neck or stomach area.
