Not entirely sure if you meant to say that but unexplored winds can't tribute Rising Rebellion Falcon. You can only get rid of cards uneffected by actived effects (like Expurrely Noir) with it, not full towers

Yes, my bad, I gave a bad example. Winds only work on monsters uneffected by activated effects indeed. Thanks for catching that one.

Exactly. BUT you can use Spell Card Soul Exchange to tribute those cards as that card tributes by mechanic not effect

not really annoying. try always going 2nd with lava golem/sphere mode. you will see their reactions. hahahha

With Statue gone, they deserve some more support. At least for now, every card that mentions winged beasts can be considered as indirect floo support.
