Great video. I troubleshooted my generator and said to myself "That computer box must have taken a dump." After the generator sat in front of my shop for a while, I finally thought to myself, "I wonder if the voltage regulator is toast?" I found your video on Google, realized that's the box that I thought took a dump and suddenly realized that the generator was giving the same symptoms as one of our other generators that had the voltage regulator go bad. It was also awesome that you mention the hole in the frame to get the screw. I would have taken the regulator off had I known that was there. I have taken the top screw out like 3 times now and put it back in because I couldn't figure out how to get the bottom screw out. It's funny how some of the smartest people miss some of the simplest things. I found your company's voltage regulator on Amazon and have it on the way! Hope that I have this generator working soon. Thanks a lot for your help and for publishing this video.

Onan generator 7000 only putting out 65 volts. Do you think it might be voltage reguator unit only? please Help me!

thanks for the info. i have a Marquet 7000 model 7nhmfa26105f. the only way the engine continues to run is hold start button, but bad for starter. buying both control and voltage reg. may not fix the problem. saw another video that someone had a problem and mentioned your company helped him. what can i do to fix without buying unnecessary parts. hope you can help

Do yall offer carbs for onan emerald 1 gen set? My unit starts up and runs for about 10 seconds then dies. It will only do that once or twice then will not start again until it sits for awhile.
