Can 边 be replaced by 面? Or is there a rule for when to use which?

老师不好意思请问一下, 老师能给我解释为什么我们不可以用“图书馆后边有我们学校” you said it's because 我们学校 is a specific reference, I don't quite get what you meant by "specific reference" could you please explain to me?非常感谢老师

“一个学校” is indefinite "我们学校" or “这个学校” is definite as you know I know what "our school" or "the school" refer to. In the existantce sentence structure “someplace 有 something”， " something" should be indefinite.
