Thanks for sharing your first fly fishing competition with us viewers. I loved this video as although I haven't ever fished I did used to date someone who fished nearly every day and was the editor of a fishing magazine and so I do like the thought of it. My husband Paul has fished in the past as a kid so maybe one day I might surprise myself. The views around the Loch were amazing and you did so well considering you are new to it Elaine. As for mental health, I have been struggling with that since I was a teenager and its been a long winding road and lots of bumps along the way but I definitely believe that nature and getting out there even if it's just to breath in the fresh air and be still for a while is the best ever medicine. I am looking forward to seeing more of your adventures in 2024 x

OMG! This comment just made me tear up. I honestly considered never posting it because I thought it was rubbish. Your feedback means so so much to me. I appreciate. I’ve been on a long journey and fishing is really helping me no end. I joined a ladies day and it all started from there. I’d encourage you to find something similar.
