Hard to believe all that happened in 18 months! 😳😅 Thanks for sharing! Felt like listening to a great podcast! I can relate on some things! Haha We moved into our new place (we built) the week of Christmas! Talk about stressful and exciting at the same time! And shock horrors! We didn’t organise a dishwasher for new house! Don’t know why it didn’t occur to us to get one ordered… but hand washing dishes again was a chore I never enjoyed! 😩😩😩 Congratulations on finishing your Reno! Loved following along! Did each state have different laws ? Our lease ran out last year in june (2020) due to covid we where told we could be given 60 days notice. We purchased a property at that time that was tenanted and had to do the same give the Tennant 60 days notice to leave post the end of his lease date it was painful as he was 8 weeks notice already prior to end of his lease refused to leave until the last day he was allowed there and then at the last minute moved out and left the property terrible. But what we where told by rta was it was a 60 day notice post the end of lease

I wanted to become a digital nomad in bali at the end of 2019 and then covid hit! Stayed in Perth to be with my family and now my husband and I have bought our first house! We just put up a floating shelf ahha so plans change just gotta go with the flow!
