Not sure Cook has anything left. He didn't look great last year. Imo, if the Cowboys dump resources into the o-line on a consistent basis, the RB room falls into place. Good to see them do that with Guyton and Beebe.

Cook did not sign with the Cowboys to sit on the practice Squad. The Cowboys have put him there to get him in Game shape. Whether he will be a factor or not. it's debatable. but he will be on the 53 man roster. Sooner rather than later.

On the depth chart he’s 3rd

You keep bringing up age. Dude, CMC is 28 and Derick Henry is 30. Dalvin Cook had 1100 yards prior to last season and the only reason they let him go was because he wanted 10 million plus! He barely played with the Jets and then went to Baltimore. It was an odd season. I think these guys are acting like he’s Zeke. We used the crap out of Zeke and Zeke running style slowed him down faster!

Best case Dalvin gets 100 percent healthy and then 3-4 weeks in he’s in rant good shape and he takes over the Zeke role, I think Zeke is super limited

The Justin Rogers thing sucks. I would've stuck around with all these old ass dudes in front of him
@finstor33862 ай бұрын
Cheap ass owner. IF he would have signed Dak and Ceedee earlier, they would have reduced their cap hits and been able to sign an actual good running back. Thats why Jerry drags these deals out.

LOL NO, Ole Jer has seen enough of the choker loser duk, he will let him play it out & hit the road.

Let's face facts! The cowboys are just a stepping stone on the Cleveland Browns Superbowl season!

If DC has ANYTHING left, he is the best RB on this roster already.

In reality, the 3 best running backs are Deuce, Rico, and Luepke. They will not get ball due to politics.

It’s become a habit. They used to be good at finding quality RBs…now, not so much.

Not FIND.... We DRAFTED all our decent running backs.... Our best free agent back was Anderson which was a fullback before that....

Are the Cowboys really working on mediocrity? I hope this works out but they make me wonder.
@JWSB4822 ай бұрын
this obsession with signing old running backs with high mileage which lost thier burst is ridiculous..Cowboys have a habit of being afraid of moving on...always hence holding on 2 Witten & Crawford way 2 long..

Misses: Signed zeke who was done 3 YEARS ago...Have no clue how to draft DT's, so they give up on them because they can't develop them so they resign way past their prime players and their still better then whats here. You guys way overrate Osa, He gets run over by ever decent team. Gholston is a waste of a roster spot, Godwin, waste. It seems the brass listens to foolish fantasy players who devalue quality RB's AND DT's...UGH it doesn't even matter with a choker loser like the duk, who always is afraid to play anyone decent. At least ole Jer knows to NEVER ever resign the duk ever again!
