Andrew has spent a good amount of time in the NBA his game isn't going to drastically change its not opinion its kinda of reality he has a lot of miles in the NBA true regardless of age. Rajon had the same issue 10 years in the NBA but he was Curry's age no one had superman expectations for him why do it here unrealistic. 2. Andrew Wiggins is closer to a Mid level Andre Iguodala at this stage having him play this role is entirely fair. He's going to play anyways 3. If I had my way, they would put Hield in for Klay and keep the rest of the starting lineup from previous years (including Loon). Podz starting is a waste of his PG skill and development time, Kuminga will do better at the 3 mostly on the 2nd tier defenders and Trayce getting minutes building chemistry with Podz in the pick and roll and Kuminga sounds best to me. Would also be great if DNP's are decided based on opponent, Melton plays more on Donovan (Cavs) and Murray (Nuggets), Post plays against Cavs, Wemby and AD etc, GP2 for Ja and Maxie.... everyone stays healthy longer.

I dont know why we still speculate on GSW starting lineups, they do the same thing every year. They start the season with a lineup and then try every single floor combination imaginable and look at the analytics and then decide from there, perhaps changing it for other reasons later (like showing off Moodie to increase his Trade value). It's always a fluid thing for the Dubs.

Hield is very underrated imo, he did very well at the Pacers, so much so that he took the starting 2 position from Ben Mathurin before his injury, in a system that resembles th Dubs' fast paced system (not as much as the Kings and rockets tho)... the 76ers screwed his season, they didn't want him.

When you are believed in by your coach it makes it a much easier transition into your potential! When you’re on fire and the coach pulls you w/out a reason (JK), or you just DNP (Moody) you play trying not to make a mistake. Moody is my guy over Hield all day long! Excellent defender. Moses is better than Hields. Size is better, defensively is better, younger and finish to the rims better. But when the organization that you are in doesn’t trust in you that exactly what happens. Moses have significantly less play time to develop that the majority of the rookie in the league.

Start Wiggins at the 2 with Steph some, Kuminga, TJD, Green. Keep in mind Moody plays better D and offensive rebounds better than Buddy. Melton and Podz both play both guard spots. Minutes for Post at center can make things easier for the team. Draymond and Anderson should play the 4. Warriors cannot play small all the time against everybody.

Two solid guards who can score, a proven All Star caliber forward, another point forward, and a newly minted Looney, who by the way is only 29. Moody, GP2, Post as needed. But…Kerr may just plug Buddy in for Klay and start the regulars, Steph, Green, Wiggs, Looney. With the depth they have they need to play fast and sub often. They used to be known for defense and it would be nice if they could get that identity again.

The Wiggs/Kuminga issue will boil down to who is shooting the 3 ball better. Kerr wants to shoot 3s for spacing and Wiggs is naturally a better 3pt shooter but last yr Kuminga was the better player even tho he doesn't shoot the 3 well either. In order to have a non shooting center and PF.....u must have 1-3...shooting well. Wiggs can't play the 2 guard unless he can shoot at least 38% from 3.

They can't afford to pay Kuminga and he doesn't fit exactly what they need for Curry. I can't stand Wiggins but neither Kuminga or Moody beat him out at his lowest. Kerr has given minutes to rookies and scrubs if they compete. All of them have played their best basketball for the Warriors and did nothing after. I don't like Dray at the 5 - beyond special small ball situations - he's not getting any younger, and hopefully will be on the floor most nights and would get worn out giving up so much size every night. I'm with Draymond on PF being a different skillset than the 3, he just used the wrong analogy. It's not telling a wide receiver to be a quarterback, it's telling a cornerback to be a wide receiver. Same traits right? Speed, length, hands, route knowledge, legal touches knowledge? Not the same thing unless you just happen to have Deion Sanders on your team... The PF has to support the 5 instinctively, weakside blocks, instinctive doubles, inside screens for 5 on offense, boxing out for someone else to get a rebound, Kuminga is a 3 that just hasn't shown SF outside shooting yet.... either way he'll still get minutes at both positions.

Spacing is more than just 3pt shooting. TJD provides vertical spacing cuz he’s a reliable lob threat & also there’s no player throughout nba history that has went from not shooting 3s at all one year to being a consistent knockdown in the next. Ya need to temper ya expectations for Looney cuz ya r quite literally expecting him to do sum thing that hasn’t been done ever. Becoming a consistent 3pt shooter when u haven’t been shooting them ur entire career takes time.

yep it will take a trade to bring this roster into focus. several Ws plus a draft pick for one good starting big man, for example. It's a matter of patience. the ws and the rest of the league will see how our plethora of players look, and go from there. The W's acquisitions in the off season. all have trade friendly contracts. Podz isn’t a point guard lol. He was drafted in to the NBA as a shooting guard. Thats a fact that you can research your own. Trying to make him a point guard, is just a lame way of getting him to play behind Steph instead of with Steph lol. Podz gets hate and have the lost fans trying to hold him back because they want to have a pity party for Moses Moody. You have little to no reason to believe that Moody can shoot the 3 over 36%. Even in College at his 1 year at Arkansas on 5 attempts from 3 he was still 36%. He’s not a shooter. He can score but he’s not a shooter by any means. Most shooters in college shoot at a minimum 39% to 40% from 3. Moses Moody has the biggest pity party of fans in warriors history.

A “4” that defenses have to guard outside of his chemistry with Steph. I’m not saying that Dray has no value. I’m saying he’s overpaid for what he does. He used to be an emotional leader. He’s now an emotional liability. Plenty of players can be undersized 4’s and 5’s and run DHO’s these days, and also be a legit threat to score. Dray is a 6’6” center now. You see any opportunity to win a chip with him? I don’t.
