Fanstastic. If I had a vehicle (and the discretionary funds) I would be doing storage units. And, yes, I would take a rat poop unit over a "Clean" unit ANY DAY. I used to help a group in the San Bernardino area who were storage buyers. I was their appraiser for their thrift shop. I LOVED doing it.

I always enjoy your videos I agree with you on buying units like you do are more profitable since no one has been through them. I will say that people should always check and make sure the notification bell is set to all videos and it hasn't changed I had that issue on some of the KZbin channels I follow the notification changed and I wasn't getting notified of all the videos

The dentures do sell. I went to dental school and they are very expensive and we need them to do treatment on to learn our skills. The schools cant afford 2500.00 a set just to ruin so we buy used or get them donated...

Do you flip through the books? I ask that because that is a good place to hide money. People do not think about checking books if they are looking for money. They go for the lock boxes and cards. I know this because I have done it on vacations and when I leave my home for vacation and know others who do the same thing.

Almost always it's 48 hours. They gave me a week on the first locker because it was so terribly stuffed full. On this second one, I've been renting it, but that's starting to cost me as I'm in the third month now, $256 a month!

Tim Gabbard depends on what you’re comfortable with. I have picked up some great units for under $50. One of the best ever cost only $20. But usually it’s a gamble and you’re most likely to do a lot of dump runs. I rarely spend more than a couple hundred although these units in this video cost me $350 and $650 and they were total scores. Some facilities take a $100 cleaning deposit, some auctions have a “buyers fee” of 10%, and you’ll have sales tax depending on your state. Make sure you factor in those extras so you know what you’re limit is before bidding. Most of the facilities only take cash, and you have to have it on you, they don’t want you to run to the bank.
