Just got my goon grease and it’s awesome. I have a problem tho. I have really thick hair and it seems like the product is making my hair look dry not shiny and slick. Am I not using enough product maybe?

How does this compare to Lucky Franc’s heavy hold? Based on the shine, seems more like Tres Flores crap due to the petroleum. Dax/Murrays petrolium formulation ok though.. Does it firm up some after combing? I like to use sparingly on dry hair to give my pomp some poof ; feel like Franc’s heavy is IT, but always want to find something on par or better..thx!

Hey men i love the feeling and the performance of an oil based i have goon grease and reuzel pink but for me the application is so hard. It pulls a lot of hair and have a lot of tack to it. A medium pomade could do better for me? If yes could you recommend me some with easy application and great medium performance

Do you apply it on damp hair or dry hair? For some reason when I apply those two pomades on damp hair it is hard to apply. Apply them on dry hair and they apply waaay easier

You could also really warm the product up by rubbing you’re hands together with the product to warm it up

+Albi Snow This is less waxy and has more shine and pliability than the heavy. The heavy has a lot of wax in it and that can be overwhelming to some.

So I used goon grease right out the shower when my hair was really wet and it helped big time. I think you should stress that in your videos that using oil based are better when your hair is wet.

It honestly depends on the hair and hair type. Some products work better in dry and some work better in wet hair. Glad you got it to work for yours though!

I've got the citrus cologne scent, but was super curious about picking up the sandalwood tin next time. I've never smelled sandalwood before... how would ya describe it? Woodsy?

+xHibachi24x Since it is sandlewood and cinnamon, it smells like walking into a craft store and running into the overpowering sented flowers. In other words, not woodsy at all. It smells like Cinnamon with a manly spice. When in the hair it is much lighter. I would recommend you try it. Does the cucumber sent last all day?
