Sir finally you have taken up the issue of contractors , vendor, service providers which I had requested you in one of your videos . I myself is a vendor to many builders in Mumbai and i completely emphasize with dipanker ji for the the whole thing what he is going through. Let me tell you that this not only about lodha but most of the builders are expert exploiters and the funny part is there is no one to hear or do justice to us. This entire video is too short to cover the apathy towards the service providers. I again request you make a video with a group discussion with contractors, vendors and some of the ex staff if possible ( even they had delayed salaries, pink slips for no reason) . Thanks again

Just a few suggestions , First the audio is not good it is very sharp and you dont feel like listening to the whole video at once you need a better mic , second Sir your videos are getting very long and very slow after a while it gets boring . So actually contractors and buyers finance the projects by bearing losses, possession delays, payment of arbitrarily price hikes etc. In lodha case, the hugely accumulated wealth of 30k Crore has blood stains and sweat of these contractors.

Retention monies is for performance of the Equipment after supply and commissioning. Usually paid immedtialy after getting a Commissioning certificate. I don't understand what performance the supplier could give for the Windows & louvers. We have shamefully in greed lost our track and making monies or rather not paying money due to others. If that be the case, let Lodha be paid ( by it's Customer) the last 20% after successfully clean handing over the Flat to it's Customer without any complaint. Isn't that fair ? We Indians learn the negatives fast for making a quick buck. Sorry, if I hurt some sentiments. Take it as a tablespoon of Karela juice. The Crux is that we loose our track for making that extra buck and spend monies on that Bouncers and high end Cars. And shamefully we talk "English" on TV and Media. Bharatmata ki Jay !
