Very lucky to meet another youtuber in chiang khan. Thanks for drone shootage. Some thai people prefer eat very early before non-stop working in the daytime..or at evening (because cooler). After it is becoming an habit. I do same same when in Thailand, because we never know what can happen in one day.....or...my other daily schedule is the no-schedule :-)

hi there NO JOE and GIFT. another great video you were pretty lucky to be there when you were i'm thinking that normally that place would be packed. sure it would have been cool to go out on it but. the fact that it was empty made for really good footage. on to different subject. it was neat to see you poke your head in on the LS but i'm pretty sure you ruined a surprise for anyone who was watching. it might be interesting to see how many try to LS at the same time i predict lots of booze and fun and some good hang overs the next day. but i will be sad to miss it due to work. ya replays but not as much fun as seeing it happen

Another epic drone capture there Joe....hey do you ever plan your flight path?, like sketching the area and drawing it out?...or do you just get her up there and decide?...and that far away shot wow! did you just let it max out the signal and make itself come home? Mine does that...if I go too far out it drops the signal and returns to the last place it took off...thankfully!...but I'm always worried about those long shots...especially like the one you show here....if it doesn't come back...its a goner...I'm not going out there...lol

Really a good place A new place for me. From the google maps it looked the place was in Laos The butterflies fluttering its wings and buzzing around was great to watch. Another thing green foliage cladding the mountain slopes. Absolutely no deforestation.

Only in Thailand...what a life....there's a whole second half to that video...I can't remember the last time I would of had to slow down for cows on the road...although I did have a couple ELK come into the campground last weekend...so that was cool...and hey...on the way to Nakon Sawan did you stop at the bat caves at the monkey temple? its just by there...now that would be epic...imagine a drone up as the million or so bats come flying out of the mountain top cave each night at dusk....what a shot...although they might think of it as an enemy or get radar shit scared...but if it crashed it'd be recoverable there...lol...just flat rice field with a single outcropping or rock mountain peaks in the middle...and just off the main highway...check it out kzbin.info/www/bejne/eoCofGmibbGAeKs

Joe, the road surfaces in your videos all seem way better than I expected. Are you finding the roads good?? Are there highways to go long distances or is it almost all two lane secondary roads? What about getting gas fillups and street lights at night?

The roads are very good in Thailand my friend. Depending on where, the roads can be two lane but for the most part 4 lane roads and highways. There are plenty of Gas stations/rest areas throughout Thailand. Lights at night could use some improvement. Stay safe!
