Little Binger actually told the court during this trial that pointing a gun (loaded or not, with intention to shoot or not) is a crime. He then literally did, in that same court, what he said was illegal. This guy is so crazy. He should be disbarred and charged for the multiple crimes he has committed during this trial alone. If I was on the prosecution I would have seriously considered ducking. I wouldn’t put it passed someone putting a round inside the chamber and the gun “accidentally” being fired. No one on the jury would have felt safe after that and the verdict would probably have been different than it was.

Right? before that demonstration he should’ve pulled the charging handle back to visually inspect the chamber and ensure there was no round and then left the bolt carrier group locked back to the rear…thank GOD he was the prosecutor in this case. I call that divine intervention. I read someone else up there called it right. This is now going to be used as a GUN CONTROL wedge issue case for the left to try and pass more restrictive legislation-moving us closer to disarmament. Literally the first thing they tell you at a gun safety course: Never point a gun at something you don't intend to shoot and always treat guns as if they are loaded! This prosecutor has been so bad and this was the final straw for me. The judge should just throw the case out!

@anonymous That is absolutely a good idea, but they don't always apply. There was no possible way for that gun to fire. Unlike baldwin, it was actually checked. And he had a decent reason for pulling the stunt, although I don't think it's going to change the ruling.

the prosecution broke every firearms handling rule in the book. what a joke. Alot of people put in the same situation would have just fired willy nilly into the crowd until the gun was empty out of fear. Kyle was very conserved in his reaction to being attacked by ARMED attempts on his life .

The most potent key to self defense is the “warning shot” by Joshua Ziminski. A felony discharge while his acquaintance is in pursuit making threats and reaching for Kyle’s weapon is all that is needed for a self defense case. You are being threatened, chased and shot at is a combination of qualifiers for an acquittal.
