Elle Jade ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, ASMR can be caused by really simple things such as your hair being stroked a certain way or a particular sound or voice such as a soft one.ASMR is very relaxing and helps some sleep.There are tons of channels and people who devote their time into making asmr but some people do it unintentionally , it all depends on what triggers your asmr.
