Also a BMW isn't necessarily expensive, they depreciate fast so a 4 door 3 series naturally aspirated sedan with the same age, spec as the Accord cost about the same. It's until you go turbo or M model, the price starts to go up. Again, a sport car can also be cheaper than the Accord like a Miata, BRZ etc.
