Just eat a lot of calories, a lot of protein and make yourself a solid workout programm (or use a coach). The theory is simple but u have to do it for many months.

I like the part where you start talking about natural disasters - your voice speeds up and it's easy to see how passionate you are for them. I grew up near a river that flooded us out of our home over multiple years, plus I've been in a few tornadoes. No matter what we lost, I always loved them, and probably always will.

@@axelstone3131 I know it's hard to start off, but it's like an engine, you just gotta start it and keep fueling it. Go to the gym one time to start off the engine and put yourself in this environement by watching video, going to the gym with a friend ect. What kept me going was seeing these jacked dudes at the gym and I wanted to look like them.
