Boom bap is mostly for about the ''classic'' drums that you know in oldschool hip hop. (relating to the boom tschack , boom boom tschak, boom tschak noise). Lofi is about putting sound/melodies into low frequencies (you know the dreamy type of freaquency), like here in the, however you can put anything into lofi. Here it's both because you have the classic boom bap rhytm/drums (a bit pitch as well I think) combined with lofe sounds :) hope I could help
