I love the ticking sound effect, at first I thought it was the sound of a clock. Then I realized that bombs sometimes tick, plus the clock ticking theory could also reference Bites The Dust’s ability. I also thought the bassy bump sound effect sounded a lot like a heartbeat. Both in unison gave the remix an eerie feel, like the growing tension of being stalked by a predator.
