Hi! I live in Harstad (Near Evenskjer) and is quite familiar with the road to Svolvær. This is a nice done video. Have driven this route possibly around 100 times (and more?). You are quite right about the weather. It changes often. The scenery is also quite historic. From Evenes and in "Tjeldsund" there is a known history and finding back to the stone age when the sea level was about 20-45 meters about the current level. At Ramberg, A point you passed there is one of Norways largest finds of Stoneage tools. Back in the Viking age Tjeldøya (on the left side) was quite famous place. Some kings named in the Sagas lived there (At Sand). In Kongsvik there was a huge silver and gold find back in the late 18 - beginning of the 1900. There is a lot of grave mounds and other historical places you passed in part one. I hope you visited the Viking museum at Borg in part two. Thumbs up for a well narrated video.

Thanks Steve, I wish I knew you before we went! We are planning to do another trip sometime, I would love to see the places you mentioned. Re the Viking Museum, an aerial shot was on the trailer! I shot a short film for them to use! The museum was incredible and the staff wonderful! Paul

You drink lots of coffee and always going to Starbucks every place you go to. Starbucks needs to pay you for all the advertising you give them. You must have millions and millions of dollars to afford to be going on all these trips and to buy those drones and video equipment. STARBUCKS, STARBUCKS, STARBUCKS, AND GOONER ARE A GOOD COMBINATION. Where on this planet are you today? YOU SHOULD BE A TV STAR & YOUR ORIGINAL VIDEOS ARE BETTER THAN WHAT'S ON TELEVISION. THE TELEVISION NETWORKS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THE RUBBISH THAT THEY PLAY BECAUSE YOUR VIDEOS ARE FAR BETTER THAN THEIRS AND THEY NEED AN ENTIRE PRODUCTION CREW AND YOU DO THE LOT ON YOUR OWN. YOUR VIDEO ON LOFOTEN, NORWAY IS THE BEST!

The youth of Norway vested with the responsibility to organise a private army with physical fitness and trained to tackle and curb the refugees and turn them to acclimatised with the Christian values and to protect the Norwegian culture and not to follow the failed ideology which forced them get there. Otherwise expel them to the failed nations from where they came. I love Norway very much. It is better late than never beware. There shall be no way to protect the beautiful land placid water lakes cascades waterfalls snow clad peaks gardens meadows Churches over and above the candid Norse people and their unique culture.
