Love watching you do many different things. One thing I will tell you is using the de-nailing gun is be sure to have a container to hold the board over so all the nails don't fly everywhere. Seen it done in another video and that can be dangerous to you and others around. But they work great, just part of being careful. Won't take long either. That is the best news.

You should wear a mask during the when you are demoing the camera is picking up a lot of that stuff bats is flying around that is bad for your respiratory and your sinuses I know you probably already know that you was talking about you had a mask on it was hard to tell if you had one on
