Did I hear you’re making your way back home? We should meet up! I am currently on vacation til about the 25th. Know of any good spots to wheel around your area? Been looking extensively up in my neck of the woods and everything that is worth riding is either closed or there’s still a ton of snow on it…which could be fun too but also a total shitshow.

Yes I'm back in eastern Idaho. Message me on Facebook or Instagram. It would be awesome to meet up! Fyi my Instagram account is out of commission for a couple days... 😕

Was that other fj supercharged? Almost sounds like a centrifugal supercharger
@offroadhub.official2 жыл бұрын
It wasn't super charged. I think maybe it's got a whiny pulley or something.

Since you don't really drive the FJ on the road, have you thought about filling the tires with water?
@offroadhub.official2 жыл бұрын
I've thought about it. I'll have to learn more about it.

Ute enjoy watching your channel. I had a 2008 FJ and really enjoyed, nice solid ride. I’m in a jk now and looking for beadlock wheels. I also have I rock and I have found it hard to get a beadlock brand that works with the thick sidewall. Looking at KMC Tank but just not sure if that will work.
@offroadhub.official2 жыл бұрын
@@jaimerae4164 the spyderlocks have no trouble with the thick sidewalls of the irocks.

How much lift do you have for those 42’s? What type of wheels do you have?
@offroadhub.official Жыл бұрын
Well the frame is about 12 inches higher than factory. They are spyderlock wheels.
@matthewdoolittle2515 Жыл бұрын
@@offroadhub.official 12” lift is massive! The biggest I’ve found for my JKU is 6.5” from BDS. Also, people on forums are saying to stick with 35’s with a 6” lift and not go up to 38’s. I guess it performs better when articulating.

Man made trails are better than no trails at all. See if you can find someone to make a side window out of tinted plexiglass. Its what I use on my XJ for windows when I break them.
