Jonathan Powell from the Natural Beekeeping Trust and International Tree Beekeeping Association talks about his log hive which is based on a traditional 1000 year old tree beekeeping design.
He discusses his views on treatment free beekeeping and why he does not feed sugar to his bees.
The hive is configured to be naturally populated by bees, which happened in July this year.
