In my corner of CA, well-priced homes still sell fast at all price points. Overpriced houses sit on the market with tiny reductions, taken off and back on to reset DOM. Some sellers are not realistic

Burns consulting showed a survey that indicated like 5% would get people moving. But, Burns also said 2022 would see a 20% price drop....
