Here's the thing. Banks was given permission to be downstairs earlier in the night. He was asked to leave the restricted area hours later due to money being counted just down the hall. Even if he still had permission to be there, when the bouncer asks you to leave, you oblige and work it out later. Alissa is a big girl, she will be okay without him for 3 minutes. This all could have been avoided if Banks didn't act so damn entitled and didn't cop an attitude. I'm not saying Barley House was completely in the right because they obviously weren't, but this clearly isn't black and white. Both parties were wrong for different reason. First of all, showing the whole footage on a KZbin video it is not required by law. Secondly the video is only meant to serve as to portray them as innocent and not as real evidence. In reality the legal side of this doesn't concern any of us and the full futage doesn't have to be released to the public. If Barley proved banks wrong by releasing all of it straight away they would looses out on the profits from all this drama.
