If this actually went to court Coffee will no doubt win easily with the amount of information he had gathered doing his job, this lawsuit was DOA from the beginning.

As SLAPP suits go, this lawsuit wasn't meant to win in court but to intimidate Coffee into shutting up even before getting into the courtroom. Logan has enough bank to fund a frivolous lawsuit, but Coffee might not.

As a Filipino who's also a fulltime freelance digital illustrator, this sounds so much like Axie Intinity! Jeez. Some of the smartest people I've met back in college got into that, and I have no idea how much time and money they've lost in pursuit of easy money. NFTs and AI art are just some of humanity's worst contributions... for this nonsensical obsession with "progress".

It is important to note, that even if there is no written contract, unless the law requires for an agreement to be in written form, a hand shake is perfectly acceptable and legally binding. Moreover, not providing compensation for work completed is called "unjust enritchment" and it is very much something you can build a court case on.

The day Logan-boy here is willing to take proper accountability is the day Hell freezes over, Heaven roasts, and every country on the planet decides "Hey, let's stop fighting! No more war!" Both of the Pauls are all about the theatrics, and you can see that when Logan called Coffee a gnat. Simple answer? Nope, he's gotta spin it in a way that makes him look like a badass. We're talking about a guy who filmed a corpse in the suicide forest in Japan, edited it, uploaded it, and then what does he do next? He celebrates it by saying how he's gotten more subs out of the whole thing. Or he did the apology video first. I don't remember the timeline. Point I'm trying to make is that anyone who still believes Logan is going to do some good here are woefully ignorant.

This shows that even if just one company in the whole world was able to handle cryptocurrency the “right” way, there’s too much harm to be done with all the filthy scammers out there waiting to jump at each other’s throat. Crypto currencies must die and people delving with them be prevented to interact with other people and go do something useful, like working in a farm or a foundry

He's rich and influential, and is rather well connected to the same type of people. Infamous but still famous regardless. Just showing or speaking his name is like selling a brand by now, whatever he's trying to sell, so there will be people who buy it regardless of who he truly is. And as a Narcissist, his followers are pretty much gullible Enablers.

Crypto stuff definitely ties into gaming news, even if a crypto scam isn’t even related to a video game. Companies are trying so hard to blend the two, but there hasn’t been any success yet. Hopefully they realize crypto in its current state has no place in gaming.
